Rexall
Rexall is one of Canada’s oldest pharmacies, and they were looking for a refresh. The goal of this campaign was to let consumers know that despite being a pharmacy first, Rexall also has a lot to offer. As a pioneer in pharmaceutical technology and services, we wanted consumers to “Rediscover what a pharmacy can be” by showing that Rexall also has a lot more to offer alongside their pharmacy services.
As part of the creative team for this campaign, I helped create the overall look. The goal was to present Rexall in a new, and refreshing way, while still maintaining the recognizable elements of their brand.
This campaign encompassed print, digital, out-of-home, and radio.
Renovating Rexall
The timing of this campaign lined up with pre-planned renovations for stores across Canada, so the Rediscover Campaign was tied into the new store openings and renovations. This allowed us to spread our messaging to more localized markets, while drumming up excitement for new and refreshed stores reopening in the neighbourhood.
Social Media.
For Rexall, I had the opportunity to work on content for their social media channels. While their Facebook and Twitter was more promotional in nature, their Instagram was strongly influenced by their Inspired Beauty Department. While working on their Instagram, I was responsible for concepting fun and relevant social media posts, and guided the photographer during photo shoots.
Also throughout the year, Rexall would spread some fun for holidays and events with seasonal contests on their social media platforms.
The content I produced for these contests were animated, and helped to drive engagement.
